As CFO of NACS, Bill Nemec is charged with the oversight and review of all financial matters related to the company including account receivables and payables, financial reporting and banking relations. Bill brings with him 35 years of surety background where he was a senior bond underwriter for The Aetna, Amwest and The Fairfield Co.

Michael Williams is the sole owner of NACS and has been involved since its inception in 1991 currently acting as its President and CEO.

• Mr. Williams brings with him 35 years of experience in the surety industry including Bond Manager at The Aetna (1982-1989)
• Minneapolis Branch Manager at Amwest (1989-1991)
• Vice President of The Fairfield Co. (1991-1998) and
• Founder and CEO of CCI Surety (1998-Present).

Bio

Mike Pecard joined NACS in 2003 and acts as its President managing upwards of 2 Billion dollars of contract funds held in escrow over those years. With a background in Finance & Management, Mr. Pecard utilizes those skills to oversee the day to day operations of NACS and management of the funds control/escrow department. Mr. Pecard is also tasked with business development and would be your primary contact should you have any funds control/escrow needs.

Dustin Anderson joined NACS in 2009 and acts as its Funds Control/Escrow Manager. With a Finance and General Construction background, Mr. Anderson manages a team of escrow specialists handling the daily activity of the escrow accounts held with NACS.
