Founder and CEO of NACS, Michael has nearly 40 years of experience in the surety industry. He served as Bond Manager at Aetna from 1982-1989, Minneapolis Branch Manager at Amwest (1989-1991), and Vice President at Fairfield Co. (1991-1998).

Mike joined NACS in 2003 and serves as its President, managing upwards of $5 billion of contract funds held in escrow over the years. With a background in finance and management, Mike uses his skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of NACS and the management of the Funds Control/Escrow Department. He is also responsible for business development and is your primary contact should you have any funds control/escrow needs.

As CFO of NACS, Bill is responsible for overseeing and reviewing all financial matters related to the company, including accounts receivables and payables, financial reporting, and banking relations.
In addition, he has 35 years of surety background as a senior bond underwriter for Aetna, Amwest, and Fairfield Co.

Nick joined NACS in 2019 and currently handles day-to-day funds control affairs for a broad range of construction projects across the country. His general business background has enabled Nick to be proficient with NACS’ industry-leading funds control tools and meet the needs of contractors and sureties alike.

Dustin joined NACS in 2009 as its Funds Control/Escrow Manager. With a finance and general construction background, Dustin manages a team of escrow specialists and handles the daily activity of the escrow accounts held with NACS.

Sammi joined NACS in 2017 as an Escrow specialist. In this role, he is a direct point of contact for contractor accounts and is tasked with facilitating day-to-day account management while monitoring project costs and payments. Sammi brings a finance and customer service background
that helps serve both clients and surety partners.
