We can create an escrow account for the DBE with the funds provided by their customer, typically a larger entity in the financial position to front the money. These funds are disbursed to the supplier on behalf of the DBE.
We manage the funds, the client who sent the funds is assured that payments are properly controlled and disbursed, the DBE can receive the supplies to perform the job, and the supplier is paid. It’s a win-win for everyone.
